30 under 40 Begins with Claudia-F. López Cámara
The CESAR – Centre of Excellence for Safety Research is pleased to introduce the first speaker of the new 30 under 40 series. Ass. Prof. Claudia-F. López Cámara, Ph.D., from Eindhoven University of Technology will open the series with her talk “Nanoparticle Safety in Gas-Phase Synthesis.”
Her presentation will focus on occupational exposure risks associated with nanoparticle powders and where these risks may arise during gas-phase synthesis. She will also introduce practical safety measures applied during handling, sampling, and cleaning, bringing both a research and practical perspective to the discussion.
The seminar will take place online on 30 October 2026 at 10:00 CET via MS Teams and will mark the first conversation in CESAR’s 30 under 40 initiative, created to give space to the next generation of researchers and their ideas shaping the future of safety science.
